Please help

I have created a new connection using, set up a small home network.
after a reboot my pc is not connecting anymore to the internet
and a strange box is appearing asking me to choose my connection
I have tried all the one available but is still not working.

Hello Mark,

Probably your connection is set to dial your default connection.
Please go to control panel and open network connections,
then select the tab for connections and make sure you have selected "never dial a connection"
this assuming you are using a broadband connection.
